A high-end service sold over the phone: clients see neither prices nor availability, every quote takes back-and-forth, and bookings get lost along the way.

Clients build their package, see the price live and book on their own, at any hour. Reminders send themselves; the calendar fills without a phone call.

SvelteKit on the client, Laravel on the API, AWS infrastructure I operate myself. And I am its first user: any booking friction would cost me a real client.
